Introduction to PostgreSQL

Welcome to PostgreSQL Introductory Course at Abatic Academy, the most powerful Open Source Database engine on the market.

PostgreSQL has become one of the fastest growing database engines in recent years. So much so, that in 2017 it was awarded as the most popular Database Management System by DB-Engines.

In this course we will see a small introduction, its history and its characteristics. We will also explain how to perform the initial installation and configuration of this database engine in order to start working with it. Our course is aimed at all those interested in knowing and starting to work with PostgreSQL. To begin this course, no previous experience is necessary, the only thing required is desire and motivation to learn.
